Summary
In this chapter, we learned why a master database setup is useful and how it can be used in combination with linked database views to create contextual dashboards. Additionally, we discovered how to use automatic filters, self-referencing filters, and metadata page storage in database templates to create more advanced workflows. Then, we looked at an advanced formula that could be used as a visual aid in a contextual dashboard to reduce the usage of property in views. In the next chapter, we will look at the API integration and other Notion add-ons.
