Defining project scope
Scope can be defined as details about the project deliverables and your objectives. Scope is related to the subject because it defines the specifics of the subject. - Will the training cover desktop recordings or presentation style, or both?
- Is it intended for commercial enterprise personnel or academic staff, or both?
