Searching data from an app with Smart Assistant
In a nutshell, Smart Assistant provides app users with advanced searching experiences called natural language processing. App users use natural language to search data across the app and tables, returning results matching the searching word(s), just like searching on search engines, such as Google or Yahoo.
This feature is enabled by default once a new app is made. To access this feature, go to the menu and you will see the Assistant view, as shown in the following figure. Once the Assistant view is open, type some text in natural language into the input field at the top of the view.
On clicking the mic icon, the voice recognition function will be activated. Speak to the app and your app will pick up your words, converting them into text to search:
