Getting to grips with the basic tools

In this section, we will look at basic navigation around the Analytics user interface and also where and how to start analyzing data. You will learn about navigation by completing the following steps:

Firstly, access analytics.zoho.com and then sign in using your Zoho account login.
Click on the box (known as a workspace) named Zoho CRM Reports, shown as follows:

Next, you will see the workspace home page, shown as follows:

On the screen shown in Figure 13.3, you will see the names of CRM modules displayed as boxes with grids. In this example, you will see Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Organizations, and Users. These correspond with the (CRM) modules you selected to sync with earlier. Upon clicking on any of these...
