Order to cash process

The Order to Cash (O2C or OTC) process refers to the end-to-end business process that covers the entirety of the order processing system, from when a customer places an order to the point where the company receives payment for that order. It’s a crucial process for businesses, especially in the manufacturing and distribution sectors, as it directly impacts cash flow, customer satisfaction, and overall business efficiency.
