Thankfully, AWS provides a number of monitoring and logging services and features that you should implement and architect into your environment to help you in such a situation. The more information you have, the quicker you can detect and block the attack or threat. This will ultimately reduce the blast radius within your infrastructure and the effect it has both on your customers and on your business from a financial perspective.
