Creating new parts in Infrastructure Parts Editor

Exploring these out-of-the-box catalogs can be a bit overwhelming as they really make a lot available to us in one location. There are pros and cons to this but it will require us to do a bit of housekeeping and cleanup to make these catalogs usable across a project design team or an organization. Unlike the standard pressure network catalogs that are available to us with all standard Civil 3D 2025 installations, we have the ability to make all the parts we need available to us in one comprehensive catalog, without having to guess which out-of-the-box catalog a particular part might be available in. Another huge benefit of using Infrastructure Parts Editor to develop our custom catalogs is the ability to quickly generate additional sizes of parts that might not be available in one of the out-of-the-box catalogs.
