Crashing into craters

There are two ways the player can die in Mars Runner. The first is to fall into one of the craters on the track while driving. We will add support for this type of ending in a temporary fashion now, simply returning to the main menu when the player crashes into a crater. The second way to die is to be hit by a shot from the enemy saucer. That will have to wait until we actually create the saucer.
