Understanding Salesforce data analytics options

In previous chapters, we have covered various mechanisms that involve the use of data such as the design and build of a data model, the importing and exporting of data, and the securing of access to data. The data in the Lightning Platform and Salesforce CRM is a fundamental aspect of the customer relationship management business application.
