Summary

In this chapter, we had the ability to see the most critical Rx internal component: the schedulers. Understanding scheduling and using scheduling allows applications to get the best from Rx. Together, the ability to interact with classic CLR events extends the power of Rx to classic .NET application integration.

In the next chapter, we will see more of CLR integration and custom Rx component creation with multiple case studies on real-world Rx applications.
