Signing in to the AWS account

If you are not the administrator and have been assigned an AWS account with console access, then you can go directly to the AWS website, log in to your account, and start using the Amazon Braket service:

  1. Navigate to the Amazon Braket website by typing https://aws.amazon.com.
  2. From the main menu, select Sign in to Console.
  3. Now, you can click on IAM user and fill in the information provided by your system administrator. You will need the account ID or account alias and the initial password to sign in. If you are authorized to change the password, then you will be able to change the initial password.

This section demonstrated how to log in to the AWS console as a user. The administrator will have to provide the necessary information to the user that will be generated during the setup of the user in the IAM management section. This will be covered in Chapter 3, User Setup, Tasks, and Understanding Device Costs.
