Time for action - optimizing Google AdWords
Make sure you are logged in to your AdWords account and read on.
1. Click on the Campaigns tab and then click on your campaign name. You should see something similar to the following screenshot. From this screen, we can manage all aspects of our campaign:
2. Now click on the Keywords tab and then the Add keywords button. You will see where you can add your new keywords. Add one new keyword or key phrase per line in the box shown in the next screenshot:
3. When you are done, click on the Save button. Your keywords are added and you are returned to the main campaign screen.
4. Now we will stop some keywords. Notice that your keywords each have a little green circle next to them. Click on this green circle and select the pause icon. Your keyword will no longer be used to generate your advert. Take a look at the following screenshot. Notice one keyword is paused and the other is running:
