Defining the purpose and desired outcome of the sessions
You will define a high-level goal and desired outcome for the requirements gathering exercise, along with each workshop or session. Special consideration must be made to ensure the desired outcomes for the sessions align with the high-level project goals and key success criteria that were previously defined. This will serve as a compass for the duration of the requirements gathering exercise, guiding your train of thought toward achieving the organization’s vision.
