The following screenshot is a representation of the preceding star schema graphic in the Tableau Data Source Page:

The preceding screenshot communicates an inner join between the fact table, FactInternetSales and various dimension tables. FactInternetSales and DimSalesTerritory are connected through an inner join on the common key, SalesTerritoryKey. In this exercise, we will look at the SQL generated by Tableau when building a simple view using these two tables.
