Summary
In this chapter, you learned about a few interesting use cases. Each of them uses Quick Apps differently. You now understand how to define a process for items in an app and how to keep track of the completion of individual steps. Managing stakeholders using a RACI matrix is also straightforward. Additionally, you created two interdependent Quick Apps that support the software development process, which we will discuss in the next chapters.
And you have done all of this without writing a single line of code. Awesome! But you should now also recognize that both Quick Apps and a no-code approach have their limitations. The use cases described, including the tricks, are as far as you can probably go.
In the next chapter, you will learn how to create a powerful business application leveraging the process automation capabilities of Appian.
