The building block of every Windows Server installation, either physical or virtual, is the storage. In this chapter, we looked at configuration and storage management, and introduced more advanced topics, such as Storage Replica and deduplication.
In the next chapter, we will cover the Hyper-V installation and configuration, and the installation of management tools. We will explore how to perform remotely manage Hyper-V hosts and implement nested virtualization, as well as introduce relevant PowerShell commands for Hyper-V administration and the automation of other Hyper-V-related tasks.
