Organization and culture
An organization’s culture can be considered as its personality, more or less the same as humans and animals. Similar to personality, culture comprises of values and beliefs that define the organization and influence how an organization operates, and how employees and management behave, interact, and respond to situations. Thus, this is what makes an organization unique. All the most successful companies have their own unique culture, and most of these successful cultures focus on the organization and its goals, not on individuals. These organizations reinforce the values and beliefs regularly and establish practices and policies to encourage adoption, communicate these values regularly, and reward behaviors that are in line with the culture.
