Teams usage report
The Teams usage report will give you analytics and insights about overall Teams usage within your organization. The objective of this section is to help familiarize you with accessing this report and understand the different data points provided.
The Teams usage report can be found in the Teams Admin Center. This report will give you a high-level overview of the number of active users, channels, messages, reactions, and meetings that have been scheduled in your organization's Teams environment. To access this report, follow these steps:
- Navigate to https://admin.teams.microsoft.com and sign in.
- On the left, click on Analytics & reports, then Usage reports.
- Under the View reports tab, locate Report and select a report from the dropdown.
- Choose Teams usage.
- Locate Date range and select a date range from the dropdown.
- In this example, we will choose Last 30 days.
- Click Run report.
