In this chapter, we learned how to configure important aspects of a resource account, including Virtual User licensing and service numbers. We covered holidays from a Teams voice perspective – and the importance of making sure holiday schedules are configured prior to configuring any auto attendants.
By following the examples in this chapter, you were also able to configure auto attendants and call queues, as well as learn about the new VEC feature of Microsoft Teams.
