Summary

In this chapter, you reviewed the extensive reporting capabilities of ALM. These features can be seen as the fourth level of Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Learning Evaluation model. It is the results level where organizations leverage available data to measure the impact of learning on the organization as a whole.

A handful of reports are available by default, but you can also create your own custom reports, export various datasets as CSV files, and subscribe to reports so that Learning Manager emails you the data pertaining to your custom reports on a regular basis.

Reports are organized into dashboards, and you can create your own custom dashboards in addition to the dashboards available by default. Administrators can even share their customized dashboards with managers to help them access relevant information and to standardize the reports used throughout the organization.
