Personality traits of an architect
Agile architects must exhibit an Agile mindset – an open and positive mindset to collaborating with the team with equality, being able to adapt to work with changing data, tirelessly focusing on customer value, and having an intense obsession with continuous learning and growth. The desired profile of Agile architects can be closely compared to E-shaped personalities.
