Fusion 360 preferences and settings for 3D printing
Fusion 360 is a feature-rich software for computer-aided design, simulation, and manufacturing. As such, it has numerous preferences and settings that can be customized to fit your specific workflow. In this book, we are mostly focusing on using Fusion 360 for additive manufacturing. We already touched on some of the basic preferences, such as how to set the default units and the ability to capture design history versus design using direct modeling, back in Chapter 1. In this chapter, we will dig a bit deeper and go over all the settings and preferences as well as some preview features that are available for improving our workflow for additive manufacturing.
