It’s a great idea to get yourself some of the sensors you find interesting and try them out, as it’s the best way to learn. Often, making mistakes helps us to improve our skills. Hopefully, you’ve learned enough about sensors to have a look online for the sensors that interest you the most. You could also find a local electronics store so you can have a look at some components, too. Try creating some wearables with pre-made sensors or try creating sensors of your own. Don’t forget when choosing a new sensor to look up the datasheet for it. This is important for finding out how to connect it and also its power requirements. You’ll be looking for 3V or 5V sensors, as these work with the Arduino system.
