The waiting game
After submitting your resume, it is common to want feedback instantly; I have been there many times and know the debilitating feeling of not knowing what's next. Be patient – a general rule is to wait at least 2 weeks before following up. Many factors affect the time it takes for your application to be processed by the hiring team:
