We covered why it’s important to have or even start with an operating model because the cloud and the edge will create too many organic complexities and waste otherwise. We covered fundamental terms such as strategy, teaming, and capability, touched on engineering and operations, and introduced research on culture and how it is connected to an organization’s performance. Finally, we covered metrics and team setup and why it affects the architecture.
