As an architect, your job doesn’t end when you create and evaluate the most optimal architectural alternative based on the problem, platform, criteria, and priorities. As a Janus between business and technology, the architect is also responsible for effectively communicating the solution and recommending the most optimal alternative. Based on the kind of project and the type of business you are in, you may be required to convince stakeholders to invest in the solution.
