Integrating Asset Intelligence
Asset Intelligence (AI)Â provides enhanced collection of data from client systems, adding value in the following three areas:
Hardware Information:This collects additional information such as primary computer user (mostly the logged-in user), shared computers, detailed USB device information
Software Information: This collects additional information such as Internet browser helper objects (Adobe, Java, and more), autostart software, categorized software information to improve software and license management
Licensing Information:This identifies Windows operating systems that are near expiration, verifies the Key Management Services (KMS) server, Microsoft volume licensing reconciliation report
Getting ready
In order to fully leverage AI and obtain updates from Microsoft about software information, you must create an AI synchronization point at your CAS or primary. This role requires Internet access. You can specify an Internet proxy and credentials, if required...
