Intelligence frameworks – overview
Cyber threat intelligence revolves around how the adversaries operate and what they are doing and can do, as well as understanding their Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) to help develop a reliable defense system. That information is then used to make objective business decisions to defend the system. CTI is not an isolated field; to defend against global threats, analysts and organizations mostly share the intelligence product. A standard framework is needed to create a collaborative cyber defense environment. The cyber threat framework can be defined as the universal language of threat intelligence and defense.
