The app allows you to look up information on the fault codes and guides you through the process of troubleshooting the issue to resolution. The app includes a ton of embedded resources, which can be extremely valuable when troubleshooting an issue at a remote site. FactoryTalk TeamONE allows plant operators to walk around the plant network and monitor devices from their mobile phones or tablets without even having to open up a control cabinet.
