Searching form
in the Insert menu offers the option to Edit form and Display form. This provides us with a native way to quickly create, view, and edit forms so that we can modify data from our data source. The setup of a form is very similar to that of a gallery or a data table, whereby we put the control on the page and select the data source.
When a form is placed on the canvas and connected to a data source that has an understanding of a user interface, for example, SharePoint, the form will automatically render the key fields, displaying both a label as well as a control, which will allow the user to change the data. These groupings of controls within the form are called data cards.
If we are connecting our form to a collection, then we need to build the form manually using custom data cards. This is a useful example to understand as you can add custom data cards to your forms even if you’ve connected them to an external data source, which you may want to use to...
