Summary
In this chapter, we designed a sales management integration. We started off by describing a real-world scenario for a fictional business called RideRight Bike Parts Company, which needed to extend its contact management integration by adding a sales management integration.
We identified the uses cases and reframed them as CRM workflows that we needed to implement:

The ability to view quote and order history in CRM
We then designed the integration solution using the real-world applications of SageCRM and Sage ERP 300 to provide some context. We followed the same design steps outlined in the previous chapter, with an additional step to design the screen pops. In the workshops, you were asked to follow along using your CRM and ERP applications. We discussed the security implications of the changes we are making. Finally, we summarized the UI customizations that will be required for the sales management integration.
