Creating and deleting personal spaces
Creating a personal space in Confluence is as simple as clicking the Create Personal Space button in the profile menu. Now, note that once you create a personal space, it’s there to stay; deleting it might mean losing valuable content. It’s wise to think twice before hitting delete.
Also, it is necessary to set which user groups will have a personal space on Confluence. This setting is done from the Global permissions section, as seen in the following screenshot. Remember that you need to be a Confluence administrator to access these settings. To edit Global permissions, click the gear icon in the top nav bar to view your site’s settings.
