How to present our Power Virtual Agent for Teams
With a bot published, we have several options to present it to our users. These include the following:
- With the bot installed in Teams, we can share a link to it with other users.
- We can share the bot with the team by adding it to the Built by your colleagues' section in the Microsoft Teams app store.
- We can share the bot with the entire organization by submitting it for admin approval. This will place it in the Published by your org area of the Microsoft Teams app store.
- We can distribute it within the tenant using the pre-generated app manifest.
The first and second options primarily handle bots created by power users and that are meant to be shared with a subset of users of your organization. This is along the lines of personal productivity.
