Quality is very tightly integrated with the scope of work, because both must be correct for the product, service, or result to be accepted. Therefore, it is important to make sure that requirements for quality are collected and met. Because scope and quality are so tightly integrated, it is sometimes difficult to tell them apart on an exam.
