Working with the Products and Quotes modules
Outside of our four foundation modules (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, and Deals), the module that often adds the most value is Quotes.
Within a business-to-business (B2B) sales process, the seller always has to provide a price to a potential customer for the delivery or supply of their products and/or services. Depending on the nature of the deal that is being agreed upon, we will have different ways to describe and quantify this deal. Sometimes, we may be able to provide this quote within a simple email, but sometimes a document template within the Deals module will suffice. However, there are many times where a detailed line-by-line breakdown is required.
