Chapter 12: Procurement Management
In this chapter, we will be covering the large topic of procurement management, beginning with key concepts, trends in procurement management, and Agile considerations. Then, we will cover planning for procurement management, which includes determining whether you will make or buy items that are needed for your projects, and perhaps even hire staff to supplement your teams.
