Integrating Compass with Bitbucket Cloud

One of the advantages of using Compass is that it connects with Bitbucket Cloud. This connection will allow Compass to communicate with Bitbucket and utilize Bitbucket as a single source of truth for your component data. You will need to have an existing Bitbucket repository, which will be used to integrate with Compass.

How to do it…

In Compass, you will establish a connection between your Git repository and Compass using the following steps:

In Compass, click on Apps, located on the navigation bar. This will open a screen where all the apps that you can integrate with Compass are available. Select Bitbucket by clicking Install within the Bitbucket tile.

The installation should only take a few seconds. After it has been installed, the Bitbucket tile will now allow you to configure (or uninstall). Click on the Configure button.
