Registering the Desktop Agent tenant

As discussed in earlier chapters, business users and the Cloud Factory both use Desktop Agent to run automations. While registering Desktop Agent with an Intelligent RPA tenant is mandatory for automation executions, it is a straightforward one-time process for each tenant.

Procedure for registering

Perform the following steps to register Desktop Agent with the Intelligent RPA tenant:

1. Locate the SAP Intelligent RPA Factory tenant URL from your BTP trial account. To do so, log in to your BTP trial account, navigate to the subaccount with the SAP Intelligent RPA subscription (1), click on Instances and Subscriptions (2), and then click on the SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation Trial link (3).
