Complementary automation services for SAP IRPA in SAP BTP

Gartner coined the term hyperautomation in 2019 to define an approach and a collection of technologies that let organizations identify, evaluate, and automate business processes at scale. The following diagram shows that the hyperautomation toolchain contains technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), workflow and business rules management, chatbots, low-code/no-code development, process discovery and mining, natural language processing (NLP), integration platforms, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML):
