Daily Change for Success
I hope that by reading this chapter, you are beginning to understand the challenge that lies before you. You are trying to change human behavior, which is not going to be easy or quick. A client of mine told me that changing the culture of an organization is not something you can do with a single decision. It is something that occurs slowly, much like a shift in the economy. Sometimes a single event can move the needle a little faster than others, but typically, a series of events is required for sustaining change.
But that change won’t likely get kicked off unless you choose to do something that is different. It will not happen magically, but instead starts with the first of many changes that will be applied daily. I’m not only talking about personal change here - I’m talking about influencing others to make daily changes as well.
