Three-dimensional background in Prezi (simple)

If you think it sounds like fun working on a three-dimensional background for your prezi, this is easy to do. The makers of Prezi have given us no less than two different ways of working with this interesting feature.

On step 1 in the Theme Wizard, we find the simplest way to apply the 3D effect.

Getting ready

  1. Find a large image that you would like to use for the three-dimensional effect in your prezi.
  2. Open a prezi.
  3. Go to the Theme Wizard dialog box (navigate to Custom | Advanced at bottom of Customize panel), which is shown in the following screenshot:

How it works…

The 3D effect is created because the image file (or files) that you upload using the 3D slot becomes an integral part of the background. Afterwards, when you zoom in and out, you will have a feeling that this takes place in a layer above the background, which creates an appealing and lively 3D effect on your canvas.
