Project Communication in Instructional Design

Effective communication and collaboration in instructional design can be compared to the steps we take when we follow a recipe. We might have all the ingredients that are needed, but without communicating the steps, the recipe can’t be finished. As instructional designers, it’s our role to ensure transparent communication of the steps needed to complete a given instructional design project.
