Case study: Dave and Rhonda


You have a small but important engineering project that you need Dave to do, and it needs to be done fairly quickly. He has no problem with doing it, but his son is off school, and his wife is traveling for her own work. He was planning on working from home for a few days, but our company discourages employees from working on such projects from home, for quality control reasons. Because of the importance of the project, he also needs to complete a technical report on it when he's done; the report will be seen by senior management in the company, and needs to follow a certain format.

As for Rhonda, she is currently learning a new process that will be her responsibility on an ongoing basis.
