Responding to a friend request
So how do you know when someone wants to be your friend? And what do you do if they do? Responding to a friend request is easy. You will spot that somebody has requested to be your friend from the main side block on your Home page:
The message should read something like 1 pending friend (or more). Click on that link to see who it is requesting to be your friend. If they sent you a message along with the request you will see that too. All you need to do now is to decide whether you want them to be your friend and, if so, to confirm them by clicking Approve Request!:
