Exploring advanced text settings
In some cases, you may need to adjust parts of the font that you use. Whether that is the spacing between individual characters or the spacing between lines of text, Clip Studio Paint gives you options to fine-tune your fonts to perfection. Whether letters look too condensed together or the lines seem too close, you just need to use the following settings to deal with them. Any settings I think important are marked as Important, which are Font, Font size, Alignment, and Text color. Let’s look at these settings now. To access the settings, open the Sub Tool Detail palette from the Tool property palette in the user interface.
Editing properties settings
The left-hand side of the Sub Tool Detail palette contains categories of options. Each added category contains options for whether the changes in the Tool Property palette apply to new or selected text. Figure 7.3 shows this category of Editing properties options.
