Creating your personal avatar
Your personal avatar or profile is what people will see when receiving emails from you. This is your opportunity to establish your role in the relationship.
Are you the CEO or the yogini? People see you as you see yourself, so deciding on a persona is a critical step in setting up your CRM system.
How to do it…
- We’re going to start by clicking on your initials in the lower-left corner of the navigation:

- Next, click on your name in the pop-out menu. This will bring you to your profile.

The email address that you log in with will initially be in your profile. However, that may not be the best email for you to use when sending business communication.
