The future of RideRight Bike Parts Company
RideRight Bike Parts Company is very happy with the integration functionality that they have developed but they want to continue to improve. They are considering some radical changes in the future to provide an even better customer and user experience.
The CRM and ERP applications that RideRight are using are currently installed on the company premises. Both applications going to be made available as cloud services in the next few years, and the IT Manager is considering moving his CRM and ERP deployments to the cloud.
Nearly all of the RideRight sales and support team have personal smart phones, and/or tablets, of one brand or another. They are comfortable using mobile apps, and they would like to use mobile apps as part of their work experience.
RideRight customers are used to order goods from companies such as Amazon and eBay on the Internet. They would like to be able to order everything from RideRight on the Internet as well.
