Technical requirements

To follow along with this chapter, you need to have an active Azure subscription, preferably with owner rights at a subscription level, though rights at a resource-group level will also work. You will need to have rights as an Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) tenant to create an Azure service principal.

You can get a trial subscription at https://azure.microsoft.com/en-in/free/ if you don't already have an Azure subscription.

You also need a Windows/Mac/Linux machine to install the required tools for this chapter.
