Chapter 7: Developing Plugins

1. We used the Maven Build tool.
2. We used the Chocolatey Package Manager in Windows.
3. We used the Homebrew Package Manager in macOS.
4. The settings.xml file for the Maven Build Tool.
5. You can go to the url {{domain}}/pluginManager/advanced to manage plugins.
6. The command mvn install is used to both build and install Jenkins Plugins.
7. Maven creates a file called pluginname.hpi where plugin name can be any name you gave for the actual plugin.
