However, choosing the right people, dealing with conflict and working on a daily basis together isn't always straightforward. It is not just about you, it is about working in a team

A good team is like any good relationship; you need to have communication, consideration, and understanding, and most importantly you must acknowledge the other person. There is no I in a team, but too often people get caught up in the me. In such cases, neglecting others within the team can be for many reasons, from ego, skillset (or lack of), impatience, financial gain and so on.
